Das Sport & Wellness Hotel Cristallo wird seit bald 50 Jahren von der Familie Acler geführt. Als schlichtes, aber gemütliches Traditionshaus hat sich das Cristallo einen Namen gemacht und war besonders beliebt unter älteren Gästen, welche die Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit des Hotels schätzten. Vor ungefähr 15 Jahren kam es zu einem großen Umbruch. Die vier Brüder Daniele, Amedeo, Ivo und Maurizio haben mit ihrer Leidenschaft für Zweiräder aus der idyllischen Pension im Grünen ein aktives, dynamisches und in der Region einzigartiges Hotel gezaubert. Vom Bau einer riesigen Tiefgarage über Waschplätze für Motorräder und Fahrräder, einem Stammtisch für die Tourenplanung bis hin zu einer super ausgerüsteten Werkstatt ist nun alles wünschenswerte für Biker im Hotel zu finden. Die Differenzierung ist nicht zuletzt deshalb so super gelungen, weil die Familie Acler mit vielen Bikerclubs zusammenarbeitet und daraus haben sich im Laufe der Jahre enge Freundschaften entwickelt.
Unser Leitbild und unsere Unternehmensphilosophie
Was uns so besonders macht, ist die einzigartige Kombination der Gelassenheit und Gastfreundschaft des Südens und die gute Organisation und hohe Qualität aller Abläufe und Prozesse des Nordens. Langfristig ist es unser Ziel, die Landwirtschaft und die Gastronomie zusammenzuführen. Ob nun Frühstück, Zwischenmahlzeiten oder Abendessen, wir bieten stets regionale Produkte an, die wir täglich frisch aus unserer Region beziehen. Wobei unser Fokus auf biologischen Nahrungsmitteln liegt, um unsere Natur nachhaltig zu schützen. Somit ist unser Sport & Wellness Hotel ein wunderbarer Ort zum relaxen aber auch aktiv zu sein, um die mediterrane Sonne aber auch die herrliche Alpenlandschaft zu genießen.
