Schon seit jeher genieße ich als leidenschaftlicher Motorradfahrer die abenteuerlichen Pässe und Kurven in unserem 3-Ländereck Italien – Österreich – Schweiz. Hier im Motorradmekka Südtirol, Tirol und den Schweizer Alpen, zwischen den atemberaubenden Bergpässen, endlosen Serpentinen und einzigartigen Ausblicken, gelingt es mir so richtig zu entspannen. Da brauchte ich nicht lange zu überlegen und ich beschloss dieses Gefühl der Freiheit auch mit meinen Gästen zu teilen. Diese Kombination aus meinem liebsten Hobby und meiner Arbeit führt zu einem tollen Urlaubs-Angebot für Motorradfahrer und schließlich auch zu der Mitgliedschaft bei den „MoHo – Motorrad Hotels“.
Als Chef des Hauses stehe ich den Motorradgästen als Ansprechperson ganz und gar zur Verfügung. Sei es bei dem wöchentlichen Bikerstammtisch jeden Samstagabend, wo ich unsere Biker mit jeder Menge Motorradinfos versorge oder auch bei individuellen Touren-Beratungsgesprächen, bei denen ich gerne meine ganz persönlichen Geheimtipps verrate. Auf Wunsch begleite ich auch gerne unsere Gäste auf einer Tour, denn neben meinem ersten Motorrad, einer Harley Davidson Roadking, und der BMW 1000rr für meine Besuche auf der Rennstrecke, steht auch noch eine Ducati Multistrada für eben diese Ausfahrten in die Berge in der Garage. Mehr als 20 Touren beinhaltet unsere hoteleigene Tourenmappe zur Auswahl. Bei meiner persönlichen Lieblingstour, eine sehr anspruchsvolle Tour, ist früh aufstehen Pflicht. Zuerst gilt es die Nordostrampe der Stilfserjochstraße zu bezwingen bevor ein Pass den nächsten jagt. Von Bormio geht es über den Gaviapass weiter nach Ponte di Legno und gleich über den Tonalepass weiter nach Cles und schließlich über den Gampenpass nach Lana zurück in den Vinschgau bis nach Graun. Gerne empfehle ich unseren Gästen, die meine Leidenschaft – so richtig Gas zu geben – teilen, auch die Seitentäler des Vinschgaus. Schlinig, Matschertal, Langtauferertal, Martelltal und Schnalztal gehören mit Sicherheit zu den besten Tipps für Motorradfahrer bei uns in der Region.
