Dein Gas(t)geber
Mit 8 Jahren durfte ich meine ersten Runden auf Vaters Honda Monkey drehen und damit nahm meine Motorsportbegeisterung seinen Anfang. Bereits mit 9 Jahren konnte ich eine Motocross Kawasaki 80ccm Kleinrad bereits mein Eigen nennen. Fortan wurden die umliegenden Ecken ausgiebig erkundigt (zum Leidwesen der Nachbarn...)
Endlich durfte ich mit 16 den Kleinmotorrad-Führerschein machen. Mit meiner Malagutti RSV durfte ich mich nun offiziell auf Straßen bewegen. Eine 450er Yamaha FZ war mein nächstes Bike – damit wurde die Umgebung bis zum Gardasee unsicher gemacht. Nach einem kurzen Exkurs zum Straßenmotorrad mit einer Honda 600 CBR führte mich mein Berufsleben als Koch ins Ausland.
Wieder zurück in Österreich hat mich 1998 das Supermoto-Fieber gepackt ... diverse Supermotorennen später habe ich die 17 Zoll Felgen wieder gegen Stollenreifen ausgetauscht. Es zog mich wieder zurück zum Ursprung – dem Geländefahren. Seitdem gilt meine Leidenschaft dem Enduro Sport. Mit der Teilnahme bei den Red Bull Romaniacs erfüllte ich mir 2014 einen großen Offroad-Traum.
2004 habe ich den elterlichen Betrieb in Bruck am Ziller übernommen. Zusammen mit meiner Frau Melanie, die ich beim Motorradfahren kennengelernt habe, darf ich unseren Gästen die schönsten Routen in den Alpen zeigen. Derzeit fährt meine Frau Melanie eine KTM Super-DUKE 990 und ich fahre eine KTM EXC 300. Unsere Tochter Laura ist bereits begeisterte Beifahrerin.
Bei den geführten Touren freuen meine Frau oder ich uns darauf, unseren Gästen die schönsten Plätze und kurvigsten Bergstraßen und Geheimtipps in den Alpen zu zeigen.
