The name of the cosy hotel in a sunny southern location on the edge of the town delivers what it promises: a wonderful view of the impressive Allgäu mountain panorama.
After the varied tours, Sepp’s hut in the garden is the meeting point for expert discussions and personal tour recommendations – all, as its name suggests, with views of an impressive Allgäu mountain panorama.

Trips through the Allgäu landscape, along Lake Constance, via Switzerland to Liechtenstein and Austria, start right on the doorstep of the motorbike hotel. You can enjoy a relaxing ride back through the typical grass mountains of the Upper Allgäu. Or you can accompany your host Sepp on his favourite tour: the motorbike slalom on the Riedberg Pass.

Dein Gas(t)geber
Mein erstes Motorrad war eine Yamaha XT 600, die ich während meines 3-jährigen Saarlandaufenthalts dort gekauft habe. Danach war erst einmal Motorradpause. Die Betreuung der Deutschen Skinationalmannschaft als Sportphysiotherapeut ließ mir leider keine Zeit mehr für mein Motorradhobby. 2005 übernahm ich zusammen mit meiner Frau Helga das Hotel meiner Eltern. Nebenbei nahmen unsere drei Kinder alle Aufmerksamkeit in Anspruch. Nachdem unsere Mädels aus den Windeln waren, keimte der Motorradvirus wieder in mir auf.
Den Wiedereinstieg wagte ich mit einer BMW F 800 GS, die ich immer noch fahre. Aber jetzt, wo die Routine wieder da ist und ich als MoHo-Gas(t)geber mein Hobby mit meinem Beruf verbinden kann, wird etwas „Größeres“ wohl nicht mehr lange auf sich warten lassen. Es macht mir einfach riesen Spaß, mit meinen Gästen einmal in der Woche durch die Allgäuer Landschaft zu kurven, bei den gemeinsamen Touren den traumhaften Blick vom Pfänder auf den Bodensee zu genießen und mich am Abend bei einem gepflegten Bier in das eine oder andere Benzingespräch zu vertiefen. Da versteht es sich von selbst, dass ich auch die MoHo-Tourguide-Ausbildung absolviert habe, um meinen Gästen auf der Tour bestmöglichen Service und Sicherheit bieten zu können.
Meine persönliche Lieblingsstrecke ist natürlich auch meine Hausstrecke: der Riedbergpass. Hier reiht sich Kurve an Kurve und der Top-Asphalt lässt den Motorradslalom erst so richtig geschmeidig werden. Wenn du also Lust hast, einmal mit mir den Berg hinauf und hinunter zu „wedeln“, dann besuche uns doch einfach hier in Scheidegg.
